I hold an MSW from Boston University and have been in practice for 30 years. I have trained in CBT, Gestalt, Humanistic, Motivational Interviewing and Person-Centered Therapy.
I support women who are ready to reconnect with themselves and step into greater wholeness after years of over giving. Many of my clients come to me during times of stress, transition, or disconnection from their bodies, relationships or sense of purpose. My approach combines counseling and coaching with somatic techniques such as Reiki, creating a holistic path that supports body, mind and spirit. I offer a compassionate and space for healing, growth and transformation. Together, we release old patterns, awaken inner wisdom and open the way to a more authentic and empowered life.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with an MSW from Simmons College in Boston in 1996 and use a variety of treatment approaches informed by mindfulness and spirituality. My clients find me accessible and genuine, and it is through and because of our relationship that change will begin to feel more manageable and realistic.
My journey stems from my own story of resilience in the face of hardships. I became a therapist because I have always wanted to help people through some of their darkest hours. Being exposed to some dark hours myself, I know that it is difficult to do it alone. When you have someone to confide in, assist you through the hard times, and just let you know that you are not alone, makes a difference.
My therapeutic approach includes CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Relational Therapy, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, SFT, EMT, Gestalt, and just speaking like a human being. I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported. My approach is relational and personalized—we'll explore your story together, build coping tools, and move toward healing with curiosity, courage, and care.
Therapy with me is real, down-to-earth, and never boring. I mix honesty, humor, and heart to make the process comfortable. I help adults manage emotions, build confidence, and tackle life's challenges with tools that work. Think of it as a safe space to be yourself, grow, and maybe laugh along the way. Hi, I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC I) with over a decade of experience supporting adults through challenges like anxiety, addiction, burnout, and major life transitions. I hold a Master’s in Social Work and have worked in both clinical and supervisory roles. My approach is open-minded, collaborative, and rooted in curiosity—I don’t show up with judgment, just a real desire to understand what’s going on and walk alongside you toward the life you want. I blend humor, compassion, and directness, and I aim to create a space that feels both safe and empowering. Whether you're navigating stress, rethinking old patterns, or just need someone to talk to who gets it, I’m here for that.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and I have a passion for working with people in all stages of life. I always knew I wanted to help people from a very early age. What that looked like changed a dozen times before I decided on a career. I do this work because it's vital to hold space for people who don't have another human they can trust to share their innermost thoughts and feelings without being judged.
I'm driven by the knowledge, that mental illness doesn't decipher between black and white, rich or poor, sick or healthy, it just happens, and when it does people need a safe space to heal.
My hope, my goal is to be that space for others. It's a beautiful gift to be a part of another human's healing process! My approach to therapy is client-centered, open-minded, and non-judgmental with compassion and empathy. I believe everyone deserves a life worth living!
I'm comfortable working with clients across the lifespan children, teens, young adults, adults, and seniors. I've been described as warm, caring, friendly, non-assuming, accepting, and patient.
You might look like you have it together—but inside, your mind doesn’t slow down. You overthink conversations, second-guess decisions, and feel constant pressure to stay “on” at school, work, or in relationships. When things finally get quiet, your brain doesn’t—it gets louder. I work with adolescents and young adults who are tired of feeling stuck in that cycle. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but internally overwhelmed, anxious, or mentally exhausted. They don’t just want to “talk about feelings”—they want real tools that actually help.
Life can look “fine” on the outside while still feeling overwhelming internally. Hi! I'm Mary and I am a Doctorally prepared nurse practitioner, mom and first responder wife. I have over nine years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most vulnerable moments and as a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner, I take a thoughtful, whole-person approach to care.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood symptoms, and cognitive changes, often during periods of high stress or hormonal transition. My approach looks at the full picture including mental health, sleep, metabolism, and overall well-being to develop personalized treatment plans. I combine medication management with practical strategies to help you feel more balanced, focused, and in control.
