I am an open-minded, dynamic clinician who seeks to help my clients better understand who they are and who they want to be. I infuse my approach with creativity and humor, along with practical solutions and concrete goals. I’m genuinely passionate about helping others as they navigate the complexities of life. I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients to support their efforts in managing difficult situations.
As a therapist my goal is to provide a comfortable, non-judgmental space for clients to share thoughts and feelings openly. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and have 10 years of experience treating children and adults.
My experiences have been working with transitions, LGBTQ+, depression, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, acculturative stress, and folks who may hold marginalized identities. I have completed two post-graduate fellowships at Boston Children’s Hospital and advanced clinical practice for Adults certificate at Boston College.
I bring both my personal recovery experience and professional training to my work in alcohol and drug counseling, backed by a Master’s in Education in Psychological Studies and licensure as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. For the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people through the ups and downs of addiction and mental health challenges, and I’m committed to supporting each person’s unique path to healing.
