Hi, I’m Taylor—I’m a therapist who believes therapy should feel like a place where you can breathe and be yourself. Clients often tell me they open up with me about things they’ve never shared before. I’m warm, friendly, a good listener, and always real. If you’ve ever felt like you had to hold everything in or pretend you’re “fine,” this is a space where you don’t have to do that.
I primarily work with adults (18+), and I specialize in Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Trauma, PTSD, Mood Disorders, ADD/ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, and Personality Disorders. I also support people who are navigating identity, self-discovery, emotional overwhelm, and rebuilding life after difficult or painful chapters.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and I have a passion for working with people in all stages of life. I always knew I wanted to help people from a very early age. What that looked like changed a dozen times before I decided on a career. I do this work because it's vital to hold space for people who don't have another human they can trust to share their innermost thoughts and feelings without being judged.
I'm driven by the knowledge, that mental illness doesn't decipher between black and white, rich or poor, sick or healthy, it just happens, and when it does people need a safe space to heal.
My hope, my goal is to be that space for others. It's a beautiful gift to be a part of another human's healing process! My approach to therapy is client-centered, open-minded, and non-judgmental with compassion and empathy. I believe everyone deserves a life worth living!
I'm comfortable working with clients across the lifespan children, teens, young adults, adults, and seniors. I've been described as warm, caring, friendly, non-assuming, accepting, and patient.
Life can be overwhelming, and we all experience times of uncertainty, imbalance, or emotional pain. You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. Seeking support is a brave and meaningful step toward greater well-being. For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of assisting adults and teens work through depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, chronic stress, grief, and trauma.
I’m here to help you access inner strengths and develop new strategies. Together we’ll create a plan to reach your goals.
I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for individuals navigating life’s challenges. Avoiding family or social events, yelling at your partner or children? Maybe you are grieving a relationship loss - from infidelity, break-up, divorce, death? If so, let's talk.
I've specialized in working with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles for fifteen years. Whether you're dealing with intense emotions, overthinking everything, shutting down, or feeling stuck in patterns you can’t quite break, therapy can be a space to finally make sense of it.
